A private, sovereign AI workspace
where your data stays yours.

Work across conversations, files, and attachments in a native workspace that stays on your device by default. Run local AI offline for end-to-end privacy, or choose when to use a cloud provider you trust.

Frequently Asked Questions

Aitopus is a private AI workspace where your data stays yours. Run AI models locally on your device, or connect cloud providers on your own terms, across conversations, files, and attachments in a native app.

Aitopus is built by GETADEV LTD, an independent software company based in Paphos, Cyprus (EU). Being EU-based means we operate under GDPR, but more importantly, Aitopus is designed so your data never reaches us in the first place.

By default, everything stays on your device: chats, files, downloaded models, and settings. There is no Aitopus account, no telemetry, and no cloud sync. When you choose a cloud provider, Aitopus connects directly to it and asks before sending any context. Provider API keys, if you add any, are stored in your operating system's secure credential storage.

Yes. Aitopus is free, and its core will stay free forever. We believe privacy and sovereignty are the future of AI, so we want to provide it to everyone at no cost. To sustain development, we may later introduce an optional Pro tier for advanced features, but the heart of Aitopus, and most of what you use day to day, will always remain free.

Yes. Once a local model is downloaded, you can run it with no internet connection. This is useful for travel, restricted networks, or privacy-critical work.

macOS and iOS today. Windows and Android are planned for 2026.
